~ Glad to have met you! I am Alexandra and I am a Registered Prov. Psychologist who works with a wide range of clients from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. I have experience working with Adults, as well as Children, Teens and Young Adults.

 
~ I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and a Master of Counselling degree with a specialization in Counselling Psychology, both from the University of Calgary.
 
~ I specialize in providing Integrative Psychotherapy services to individuals of all ages, using Client-Centered and Mindfulness-Based therapeutic approaches, with a focus on addressing issues such as Anxiety, Stress and Depression, as well as Self-Inquiry and Personal Growth.

~ I am also a Usui Reiki Ryoho Master offering Psychotherapeutic Soul Reiki.  This is a unique new therapy modality that blends Eastern Energy concepts, with Mindfulness and Western Psychotherapy models and perspectives. 

 
~ I use a creative, multimodal and holistic approach to healing, by integrating Mind, Body and Soul to help you on your journey to optimal well-being.
